Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Monkstory warrants all products purchased exclusively from www.monkstory.com for 90 days from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects.
• Faulty materials or workmanship.

What is Not Covered:

• Damages due to wear and tear.
• Improper care or misuse.
• Products purchased from other marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Myntra).

What We Offer:

We will repair or replace defective products at our discretion. Please note that Monkstory is not responsible for any incidental or consequential losses or costs arising from the use of our products.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team

• Free exchange or store credit refund within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and accessories
• First exchange is free; ₹200 fee applies to additional exchanges for the same order
• Clearance Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange unless damaged or defective
